1969. It was a year unlike any year the world has seen. The anti-war movement was at its peak. Neil Armstrong took his "one small step for man." The Amazing Mets shocked us all by winning the World Series. Many believed a rumor that Beatle Paul McCartney had died. The trial of Charles Manson began. Senator Ted Kennedy drove his car off a bridge at Chappaquiddick. And over 400,000 young people jammed into the Woodstock Music and Arts Fair.

The Class of ’69 brings back the best of the music of this incredible time of our lives, by playing songs from artists such as: Buffalo Springfield, The Lovin' Spoonful, The Beatles, Chicago, Otis Redding, The Kinks, The Moody Blues, Steppenwolf, The Beach Boys, Cream, The Rolling Stones, The Eagles, The Doobie Brothers, Blood Sweat and Tears, and many more. And when this group teams up with female singing sensation, Christi Noel, you can hear songs made famous by such stars as Martha and the Vandelas, Jefferson Airplane, Aretha Franklin, The Supremes, Linda Ronstadt, Fontella Bas, and others.

“I wanted to do the songs that everyone knows, but hasn't gotten sick of yet," said leader Pete Jacobs. “I also wanted to do many of the more innovative songs that other retro-bands are NOT playing. You'll hear a lot of vocal harmonies, and diversity of styles. We do everything from Soul to Surf; from Rock to Doo-Wop; from Folk-Rock to Motown.”

Featuring the vocal skills of Christi Noel and Nicole Cornwell, and a full four-piece brass section, The Class of ’69 will once again make you “Believe In Magic."
